Liquor Control Amendment (Protected Entertainment Precincts) Act 2022

This proclamation commences the Liquor Control Amendment (Protected Entertainment Precincts) Act 2022, other than Part 1, bringing it into operation on 24 December 2022. It was made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Liquor licensees and patrons within designated Protected Entertainment Precincts will be affected by the new regulations coming into force. This proclamation sets the date from which the changes will be enforceable.
