๐ Medicines and Poisons Amendment Regulations 2023
RegulationsSL 2023/327 January 2023
Principal Act
These regulations amend the Medicines and Poisons Regulations 2016 to replace references to the 'Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Medicines and Poisons (SUSMP)' with 'current Poisons Standard'.
Businesses and individuals who handle medicines and poisons in WA will need to be aware of the updated terminology. This ensures alignment with the most current version of the Poisons Standard.
