Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996 to update course fee applicability, visa subclass eligibility for concessions, and program names.

Registered training organisations (RTOs) and students in Western Australia are affected. RTOs need to update their systems to reflect the extended course fee applicability and revised visa subclass eligibility. Students with specific visas will have continued access to concessions. Changes to program names need to be reflected in documentation.
