These regulations amend the Procurement Regulations 2020 by deleting regulation 3(b). They commence on the date of publication on the WA legislation website and 1 July 2025.

Public sector procurement processes are affected. Government agencies will need to be aware of the change to regulation 3(b) of the Procurement Regulations 2020.
