Community Titles Act 2018

These regulations amend the Community Titles Regulations 2021 and the Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019 to extend transitional periods related to strata management contracts.

Strata companies and strata managers are affected. Existing strata management contracts entered into before the commencement of these regulations now have an extended transitional period, providing more time for compliance.
