These rules amend the Liquor Commission Rules 2007 to update references to sections of the Liquor Control Act 1988 and to clarify the definition of 'interested person' and 'reviewable decision' in relation to appeals of Director's decisions.
Liquor licensees and other parties involved in proceedings before the Director of Liquor Licensing will be affected by the updated definitions and appeal processes. This ensures clarity and consistency in the application of the Liquor Control Act 1988.
