Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021

These regulations prescribed fees for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage (ACH) permits and management plans based on proponent revenue categories. They were repealed on 15 Nov 2023.

Commercial and government proponents applying for ACH permits or management plans were required to pay fees based on their revenue. The repeal means these fees are no longer applicable.
