Liquor Control Act 1988

These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017, the Liquor Control (Juwurlinji Restricted Area) Regulations 2009, the Liquor Control (Spinufex Restricted Area) Regulations 2014, the Liquor Control (Wakathuni Restricted Area) Regulations 2019, and the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017 by extending the sunset dates for these restricted areas.

The regulations extend the operation of existing liquor restrictions in specified areas, affecting individuals and businesses operating within those areas by maintaining existing restrictions on alcohol.
