Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Act 2008

These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Authorisation to Drive) Regulations 2014 and the Western Australian Photo Card Regulations 2014 to allow the CEO to reduce, waive, or refund fees for driver authorisations and photo card replacements.

Individuals and classes of persons applying for or renewing driver authorisations or photo cards may benefit from reduced, waived, or refunded fees at the discretion of the CEO. The Department of Transport will need to publish notices of fee waivers on its website.
