These rules amend the State Administrative Tribunal Rules 2004 to update the definition of 'legally qualified person' to include those completing practical legal training under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (WA).
Individuals completing practical legal training requirements under the Legal Profession Uniform Law (WA) are now explicitly included in the definition of 'legally qualified person' for the purposes of the State Administrative Tribunal Rules.
