These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996 to update eligibility criteria for certain vocational education and training programs. Specifically, it adds subclass 482 visa holders meeting secondary criteria and removes paragraph (f) from regulation 15A(1A).
Students holding a subclass 482 visa who meet the secondary criteria may now be eligible for certain vocational education and training programs. Vocational education and training colleges will need to update their eligibility assessment processes.
