Community Titles Act 2018

These regulations amend the Community Titles Regulations 2021 and the Strata Titles (General) Regulations 2019 to update references to the Legal Profession Act 2008 with the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2022.

Legal practitioners and bodies operating under the Community Titles Act 2018 and Strata Titles Act 1985 will be affected by the updated legal references. This ensures consistency with current legal profession legislation.
