These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bayulu Restricted Area) Regulations 2013 and the Liquor Control (Wakathuni Restricted Area) Regulations 2019 by deleting regulation 4 in both and updating regulation 9 to extend the restricted area designation to 2023.
The amendments extend the operation of existing restricted area designations, affecting individuals and businesses involved in the sale, supply, and consumption of alcohol within the Bayulu and Wakathuni areas. It ensures continued restrictions on alcohol in these areas.
