These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (Colleges) Regulations 1996. They address eligibility for vocational courses for secondary students and update references to employment services.
Secondary students in their final year who will not be returning to school after completion may commence vocational courses later in the year. Registered training organisations will need to update their processes to reflect the change from 'Online Employment Services' to 'Workforce Australia'.
