These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Ngalingkadji Restricted Area) Regulations 2016 and the Liquor Control (Wangkatjungka Restricted Area) Regulations 2008 by deleting regulation 4 and extending the operation of regulation 9 to 2023.

The changes affect individuals and businesses operating within the Ngalingkadji and Wangkatjungka Restricted Areas by extending the existing restrictions on liquor until 2023. This ensures continued regulation of alcohol in these areas.
