Work Health and Safety Act 2020

These regulations amend the Work Health and Safety (General) Regulations 2022 by replacing Schedule 2, which specifies fees for various licenses, registrations, and determinations under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020.

Businesses and individuals applying for or renewing licenses, registrations, or requiring determinations related to work health and safety will be affected by the changes to fees. This includes those in high-risk work, demolition, asbestos removal, and plant operation.
