This notice amends the Planning and Development (Fees) Notice 2021, updating fees for various planning and subdivision application processes, including approvals, amended plans, reconsiderations, and endorsements.

Land developers, property owners, and individuals applying for subdivision, amalgamation, lease, or license approvals will be affected by the revised fee schedule. They will need to pay the new fees for relevant applications from July 1, 2024.
