Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006. They update electricity supply charges, introduce a reduced meter testing fee for eligible individuals, and replace Schedules 1 and 2.

Electricity consumers in Western Australia will be affected by changes to supply charges. Eligible individuals holding specific concession cards will benefit from a reduced meter testing fee. Energy operators will need to implement the new fee structure.
