This proclamation announces the commencement date for specific parts of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2025. Parts 3 and 5 (Divisions 1 and 2 only) will come into operation on 1 July 2026.
Liquor licensees and other stakeholders in the liquor industry will be affected by the changes introduced in Parts 3 and 5 (Divisions 1 and 2) of the Liquor Control Amendment Act 2025 from 1 July 2026. They will need to understand and comply with these new provisions.
