State Records Act 2000

These regulations prescribe the charges for services related to State archives that are government records, as per the State Records Act 2000. They specify fees for supplying digital images of documents, maps, and plans.

Government organizations (excluding Schedule 3 organizations) and members of the public requesting access to State archives will be affected. They will need to pay the specified fees for digital images of records.
