Electricity Industry Act 2004

This order amends the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005, extending the exemption period specified in clause 19(4) from 2024 to 2027. This change affects the duration of certain exemptions within the electricity industry.

Entities relying on the exemption outlined in clause 19(4) of the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 will have the benefit of that exemption extended to 2027. This provides regulatory certainty for those entities.
