Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022

This proclamation commences the Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022, excluding Part 1, bringing it into operation on 7 August 2023.

Landowners, conveyancers, and other parties involved in land transactions in Western Australia will be affected as the changes introduced by the Transfer of Land Amendment Act 2022 come into effect.
