These regulations amend the Associations Incorporation Regulations 2016 by inserting regulation 11A, which specifies the revenue limits for Tier 1 and Tier 3 associations under section 64 of the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.
Incorporated associations in Western Australia are affected. Tier 1 associations are those with revenue up to $500,000, and Tier 3 associations are those with revenue up to $3,000,000. This clarifies reporting and auditing requirements based on revenue.
