๐ Racing Penalties (Appeals) Amendment Regulations 2022
RegulationsSL 2022/11930 June 2022
Principal Act
These regulations amend the Racing Penalties (Appeals) Regulations 1991 to update the definition of 'practitioner'. They replace the reference to 'practitioner within the meaning of the Legal Practitioners Act 1893' with simply 'practitioner'.
Legal practitioners involved in racing penalty appeals are affected. The change simplifies the terminology used to define a legal practitioner.
