These regulations amend the Pharmacy Regulations 2010, updating the fees for pharmacy premises registration, renewals, alterations, and other administrative services. They replace Schedule 2 of the principal regulations with a new fee schedule.
Pharmacy owners and operators in Western Australia will be affected by the changes to application, renewal, and alteration fees. Individuals requesting copies of the register or minutes will also see fee adjustments.
