Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These By-laws amend the Energy Operators (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006, updating electricity supply charges and unmetered supply rates.

Consumers and businesses in Western Australia will be affected by changes to electricity tariffs, including fixed charges and consumption rates for various tariffs (L1, L3, R1, R3, A1, B1, C1). Standby charges for consumers with their own generation are also updated.
