Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Act 2011

These regulations amend the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority Regulations 2011 to remove land from the Scarborough redevelopment area and to cease the existence of the Scarborough redevelopment area.

Landowners and developers in the former Scarborough redevelopment area are affected, as the area is no longer subject to the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority's planning control. This may affect future development approvals and processes.
