Vocational Education and Training Act 1996

These regulations amend the Vocational Education and Training (General) Regulations 2009 by deleting regulation 35. They come into effect in two stages: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of publication, and the rest on the following day.

Registered training organisations (RTOs) and other stakeholders in the vocational education and training sector in Western Australia are affected. They need to be aware that regulation 35 of the Vocational Education and Training (General) Regulations 2009 has been removed.
