Mental Health Act 2014

These regulations amend the Mental Health Regulations 2015 by updating the table in regulation 4A(3) which lists names and registration numbers. This ensures the accuracy and currency of the register.

Mental health practitioners and the Department of Health are affected. The updated list ensures that only registered practitioners are recognised under the Mental Health Act 2014.
