These by-laws amend the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (Delegated Site) By-laws 1986 to update the fees for ticket parking, paid staff parking, and the removal and storage of vehicles.

Users of the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre's parking facilities, including patients, visitors, and staff, will be affected by the changes to parking fees. Those who have their vehicles removed and stored will also be affected by updated fees.
