📜 Education and Care Services National Amendment Regulations 2024

These regulations amend the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2012 to update the method for calculating prescribed fees for various applications and annual fees under the Education and Care Services National Law (WA) Act 2012. The fees are indexed annually.
Education and care service providers in Western Australia will be affected by the changes to fee calculation methods. They will need to be aware of the new formulas for calculating fees payable from 1 July 2024 onwards.
