These regulations amend various transport-related regulations to update fees and charges under the Jetties Act 1926, Marine and Harbours Act 1981, Perth Parking Management Act 1999, Shipping and Pilotage Act 1967, Transport Co-ordination Act 1966, and Western Australian Marine Act 1982.

Businesses and individuals using jetties, moorings, parking facilities, and other transport-related services will be affected by the changes to fees and charges. This includes recreational and commercial users of maritime facilities.
