Fish Resources Management Act 1994

These regulations amend the Fish Resources Management Regulations 1995 to update bag limits for various fish species, including sharks and rays, and to modify rules regarding recreational demersal scalefish fishing in the West Coast Region.

Recreational and commercial fishers are affected by changes to bag limits and fishing restrictions. Fishing tour operators and those fishing outside the Metropolitan Area have updated rules for demersal scalefish. Consumers may see changes in fish availability.
