Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Act 1963

These regulations amend the Motor Vehicle Drivers Instructors Regulations 1964. They clarify exemptions from licensing requirements for driving instructors, update a schedule, remove gendered references, and update the heading for regulation 9.

Driving instructors who receive reimbursement for expenses or remuneration they would receive regardless of instructing may be exempt from licensing. Webster College Pty Ltd is added to Schedule 2. Gendered references are updated for inclusivity.
