These regulations amend the Evidence (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2005 by adding two new individuals, Sarah Nicole McCabe and Tammara Joy White, to the list of prescribed persons, and removing Eleanor Frances Tobe from the list.
The list of individuals recognised as 'prescribed persons' under the Evidence Act 1906 is updated. This affects legal proceedings where the testimony or statements of such persons are relevant, by changing who is officially recognised in this capacity.
