Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023

This proclamation commences the Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023 on 1 July 2024, except for Part 15 Division 3 Subdivision 18. It was made by the Governor in Executive Council under section 2(d) of the Act.

Employers and employees in Western Australia will be affected by the commencement of the new Workers Compensation and Injury Management Act 2023. They will need to comply with the new provisions of the Act from 1 July 2024, except for Part 15 Division 3 Subdivision 18.
