Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage, and Drainage Act 1909

These by-laws amend the Metropolitan Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage By-laws 1981 to update references to Aboriginal heritage sites, replacing 'registered Aboriginal site' with 'registered Aboriginal place' as defined in the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021.
