These regulations amend the Liquor Control (Bungardi Restricted Area) Regulations 2017, the Liquor Control (Kundat Djaru Restricted Area) Regulations 2010, and the Liquor Control (Woolah Restricted Area) Regulations 2017. They extend the sunset dates for restricted areas and redefine the Woolah Aboriginal Community area.
The amendments extend the operation of existing liquor restrictions in specified Aboriginal communities, affecting residents, visitors, and liquor licensees operating in or near those areas. The redefinition of the Woolah Aboriginal Community area may change the geographical scope of the restrictions.
