These regulations amend the Health (Notifications by Midwives) Regulations 1994 by replacing Form 2, which is the 'Notification of Case Attended - Pregnancy Details' form, with a revised version.

Midwives in Western Australia will be required to use the updated Form 2 when submitting notifications of cases attended related to pregnancy details. This affects the data collected and reported by midwives.
