Human Tissue and Transplant Amendment Act 2022

This proclamation commences Part 2 Division 3 of the Human Tissue and Transplant Amendment Act 2022 on 19 February 2024. This brings the remaining sections of the Act into operation.

Healthcare providers and individuals involved in human tissue and transplant activities in Western Australia will be affected, as the remaining provisions of the Human Tissue and Transplant Amendment Act 2022 now come into effect.
