Energy Operators (Powers) Act 1979

These by-laws amend the Energy Operators (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) (Charges) By-laws 2006 by replacing Schedules 1 and 2, updating electricity supply charges and standby charges.

Consumers of electricity supplied by the Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation will be affected by changes to tariff rates and standby charges. Businesses and residential customers will see adjustments to their electricity bills based on consumption and tariff type.
