This order amends the Health Services (Fees and Charges) Order 2016. It updates references to the Motor Vehicle (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2016 and revises Schedule 1, which details fees and charges for various health services.

Hospitals, patients (especially private, compensable, and ineligible patients), veterans, pensioners, and concession card holders are affected by changes to fees for accommodation, services, and medicines. The changes also affect those involved in motor vehicle accident claims.
