These regulations amend the Planning and Development (Development Assessment Panels) Regulations 2011. They replace Schedule 1, updating the fees for development assessment panel (DAP) applications based on the estimated cost of the development.

Developers and applicants for DAP applications will be affected by the changes to application fees. The fees are tiered based on the estimated cost of the development, potentially increasing or decreasing the cost of submitting an application.
