These regulations amend the Rottnest Island Regulations 1988, updating fees for aerodrome usage, island admission, vessel permits, mooring site licenses, and authorised user payments. They also amend Schedule 8 regarding annual rates.
Businesses and individuals using Rottnest Island's aerodrome, vessels, and mooring facilities will be affected by the changes to fees. Visitors to the island will also see changes to admission fees. Commercial vessel operators will be affected by changes to annual permit fees.
