These regulations amend the Adoption Regulations 1995 by increasing various fees related to adoption services. Specifically, four different fee amounts listed in regulations 87(a), 87(b), 87(c), and 87A(1) are updated to higher values.

Individuals and families engaging in adoption processes in Western Australia will be affected by increased fees for services. The specific fees for different stages or types of adoption services will be higher from July 1, 2026.
