Principal Act
These regulations amend the State Superannuation Regulations 2001 to include the Arts and Culture Trust as an entity whose employees are eligible for state superannuation, and to remove an outdated item from Schedule 1.
The Arts and Culture Trust and its employees are affected, as the Trust is now included in Schedule 1, making its employees eligible for state superannuation. An unspecified item 21 is removed from Schedule 1.
