Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Act 2007

These regulations amend the Biosecurity and Agriculture Management Industry Funding Scheme Regulations for cattle, grains, and sheep/goats. They ensure that payments from the schemes are only made to individuals who have contributed to the scheme.

Cattle, grain, sheep, and goat owners/growers are affected. Those who haven't paid into the relevant industry funding scheme will not receive payments under regulations 20, 21, or 22 of the respective schemes.
