Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and Levy Collection Act 1990

These regulations amend the Building and Construction Industry Training Fund and Levy Collection Regulations 1991 to include GHG (Greenhouse Gas) operational work within the scope of work subject to the training levy. They also update definitions related to petroleum and geothermal resources.
