These regulations amend the Conservation and Land Management Regulations 2002 and the Forest Management Regulations 1993. The amendments relate to apiary permits and licences in the South-west zone, and remove outdated regulations and schedules.
Apiary permit holders in the South-west zone are affected by the change to the reference for the apiary permit plan. The removal of regulations and schedules may affect users of the Forest Management Regulations 1993, as certain provisions are no longer in effect.
