Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Act 1943

These regulations amend several existing regulations to incorporate workplace injuries into the Motor Vehicle (Catastrophic Injuries) scheme and update fee schedules for various health services related to workers compensation.

Workers who sustain catastrophic injuries in workplace motor vehicle accidents will now be covered under the Motor Vehicle (Catastrophic Injuries) Act 2016. Healthcare providers will see changes to maximum payable amounts for certain services.
